Staff CPD

At briym we are committed to supporting staff through comprehensive CPD programs that build resilience, enhance well-being, and reduce absenteeism. By equipping staff with practical techniques to strengthen their mental health and manage challenges effectively, we empower them to thrive in their roles. Our tailored approach fosters a culture of support and growth, ensuring educators are better prepared to inspire and nurture resilience in their students.

Staff Support

briym also provides dedicated confidential support for staff who may be struggling in their role or are Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT). Through personalized guidance, practical strategies, and one-on-one mentorship, BRIYM helps staff build confidence, develop key skills, and navigate challenges in their professional journey. The program fosters resilience and growth, empowering educators to thrive in their roles and make a positive impact in their school community.

Staff Supervision - Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) 

We also provide specialized supervision for Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), recognizing the unique challenges they face. Teaching remains the only profession without formal supervision for such critical roles, despite their demanding responsibilities. Our programs offer DSLs the support and tools they need to manage the emotional impact of their work, maintain their well-being, and continue safeguarding effectively.

The WAY Package 

The WAY Package is a comprehensive development program designed to strengthen teams within schools, including Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) and middle leaders. This package focuses on enhancing collaboration, fostering effective leadership, and promoting a shared vision for success. Through tailored workshops, coaching,

and practical tools, the "WAY" Package empowers teams to build resilience, improve decision-making, and drive positive change, ensuring a cohesive and dynamic school environment.
